Discount Program
Works like airline status — the tier you earn this year, is yours for all of next year. Every new account starts at Bronze, and businesses can skip straight to Gold (or higher) once we confirm your details.

The details
Your tier is based on what you spend in a year. It’s your invoiced total for fireworks (and other goods) each calendar year, not the pre-discount value. Sales tax, freight, and insurance don’t count toward it. Only your very first order has a minimum ($2,000).
Cross into a new tier and save right away. If your cart is big enough to reach the next tier, you get that discount on that same order, right in the shopping cart. Your spending counts once the order ships or is picked up.
Your tier lasts through the next year. Reach Gold this year and you’re Gold all next year. Your annual spend is reset to zero January 1, so to keep a tier you need to maintain the spend.
See where you stand any time. You can see your status and progress to the next tier in your account settings.
Clubs may pool members’ purchases under a club account to reach a higher tier for the whole group. Members ordering on their own accounts are tiered on their own spend.
Multiple locations or entities? Contact us and we will review your related accounts together and set each one’s tier on the combined spend.
- Annual spend is the net amount invoiced for all goods in a calendar year, after discounts, less returns and credits; sales tax, freight, and liability insurance are excluded.
- Tier discounts apply to fireworks only, not to promotional items, GrizVision, gear, insurance, or other items at our discretion. Those purchases still count toward your annual spend.
- Volume prices replace, and do not stack with, your tier discount on that item.
- Spend posts to your account when an order is invoiced. Returns reduce your current-year spend; your tier is re-evaluated on your next order. Prior-year status is never affected.
- Tiers are per billing account and are not transferable. Pricing may not be shared or resold.
- Orders split, combined, cancelled, or returned to circumvent the program may be re-tiered at our discretion.
- Group buys, event delivery, club accounts, the container program, tax exemption, and terms are subject to availability, approval, and conditions.
- NCI may change tier thresholds, discounts, eligible items, and program terms at any time. Prices are subject to change without notice.
